Pastor’s Perspective May 2026

Whatever I have, wherever I am, I can make it through anything in the One who makes me who I am. Philippians 4:13 (MSG)

Hopewell, as we step into the Miraculous Month of May, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for your steadfast dedication, support, and participation. Reflecting on the past few months fills me with thankfulness, as I see how God has enabled us to accomplish remarkable things for His kingdom and the future of Hopewell. I’m sure you are as thankful and grateful as I am for the blessings poured out on our 3G Impact Ministry. Since moving into the newly renovated Hopewell West, the ministry has progressed with clear purpose and intentionality.

It is easy and encouraging to see the genuine excitement and eagerness of the 3G Impact Ministry as they gather in Faith and Fellowship. Again, I want to thank Bro. Josh and Sis. Kimberly Stanley, for their leadership, along with Bro. Kyle, Bro. LeRon, Sis. Christine, our media and sound teams, and Sis. Victoria and those who serve at the 3G Café. Also, Sis. Diamone and Sis. Erica, who serves as teachers, and for everyone who has supported the 3G Impact Ministry since its commencement. And finally, I want to thank our parents from the very depths of my heart for your commitment and sacrificial support to the success of this cutting-edge ministry. AGAIN, THANK YOU!

Hopewell, the month of May holds a special place in our hearts, because it is the time dedicated to honoring our beloved mothers. I recognize that this season can bring mixed emotions, since some of our mothers are no longer with us in person, but their spirit and cherished memories continue to bless us. For those who are fortunate to have their mothers by their side, I encourage you to thank God for this precious gift. Please take every opportunity to show your mother just how much you love and appreciate her. While we can never fully repay her for all she’s done, you can make Mother’s Day truly meaningful by giving her what she desires, rather than simply what you think she wants.

In closing, Hopewell, I want to sincerely thank every member who has generously contributed toward the elimination of our mortgage. With only two months remaining, I am confident that we will reach our goal. The words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:13 inspires and reassures me. Together, We can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth us. Eliminating our mortgage isn’t a question of if we can, it’s about our steadfast faith and determination to declare, “Yes, we Will.” Hopewell, I BELIEVE WE CAN!

Again, as always Hopewell, I ask that we continue to honor our covenant, to follow me as I follow Christ.

Progressing with a Fresh Divine Perspective,

Pastor R.C. Stanley
