This is a guide for our live streaming viewers. These instructions or steps will guide you to the general troubleshooting if something happens wrong before or during the live stream. If your problem is beyond the scope of this guide, feel free to contact UStream directly through their website. You may need to register with them first to receive support,

General Troubleshooting
If live streaming won’t work, refresh your page by pressing f5 or to your browser’s preferences.
If you have no audio – Make sure the speakers on your computer are on and the volume is turned
up. Test it by checking other sites that have audio.
If you have no video, make sure that the Flash Player is on Play and not on Pause. If you see a
play button displayed, click it.
Sometimes, you may need to clear your cache based on your computer settings to view the Live Stream. Please see the following instructions for the different types of Web Browsers: For Firefox users, Go to “Tools”, “Clear Recent History” , Make sure “Cache” is checked, and select “Clear Now”. For Internet Explorer users, go to “Tools”, “Delete Browsing History”. Make sure
that “Temporary Internet Files” and “Cookies” are checked and select “Delete”. For Chrome Users, Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and select “Settings”. Then go to “Advanced” and select “Clear Browsing Data” . Make sure “Clear the Cache” is checked as well, the select “Clear Data”.
